Libitina Erinye

The youngest of the Erinye triplets and resident of the Chthonic House of Pantheon Private Academy. A bat faunus who fights with a whip, and has poor communication skills.

Physical

Libitina stands at 5’1” on a good day, and tends to slouch even shorter than that. She has incredibly pallid skin, bordering on having a grey tint. Her hair is a pale green, almost white, and falls in very tight curls. Typically, she wears it in a high ponytail.

She has scrunched, sunken facial features and black sclera following an incident with Grimm in her youth. She has difficulty speaking in full sentences and heavily damaged vocal chords, typically only able to grunt or groan, or say only a couple words at a time.

She dresses very modestly, and wears a lot of dark colors. When in uniform, she forgoes the bow because she does not know how to tie it. She wears a black turtleneck beneath the blazer, and has modified the skirt to be maxi length.

As a bat faunus like her two sisters, she has large, black wings protruding from her back.

Skills & Abilities

Semblance

TUNNEL VISION: Libitina’s semblance is multifaceted. Its main ability is direct control over what her opponent sees and perceives. For example, she can force someone to see nothing but blackness and herself, making them feel as if they are in a blank void, locked in nothingness with Libitina. Or, she could conjure an illusion in someone’s mind to think there is a bridge across a valley, leading them to walk right off the cliff. Tunnel Vision also has the secondary ability of manipulating a target’s focus and attention, forcing them to become singleminded against any object of Libitina’s choosing.

Weaponry

PUNISHER: A long, black whip. Libitina is highly skilled in its use, just like her sisters. She often charges it with lightning dust. The bottom of the whip’s handle can shoot small projectiles.

History

Background

When Libitina was a young girl, she strayed away from her sisters while on a long walk. She eventually stumbled upon a river of pitch black, and unable to control her curiosity, she followed the river for a while. Of course, this made her very thirsty, and she had drank from rivers before, so surely it was okay if she took just a little sip. Unsurprisingly, it was not okay, and it instantly made her sick. She was found by her family soon after, having followed the sound of her hacking and coughing. As days passed, her appearance slowly changed, and she lost her ability to speak comprehensibly.

It didn't bother her too much, though, she'd always been fairly quiet. A handful of years later, all three sisters were scouted to Pantheon Private Academy, where they would spend the next several years. They rose through the ranks rather quickly, and have progressed to a point where they are now part of the testing for other students.
